So I go back to my spice shelf reach for the greatest sauce I've ever bought and do the usual poke the excess down with the handle of a spoon, shock horror and the greatest utilisation of the word bollocks in history the bottom of my jar breaks sauce everywhere!!! Ok no drama clean I'll it up I spray the area with cleaning solution and apply a sponge with hot water as its a carpet..... Big mistake somehow I created an aerosols agent of 9 million scoville units of chilli sauce☠ the smell wasn't bad but the fumes I coughed snorted and literally bled from my eyes kept pets and children away called Chernobyl to check if I'd missed any protocalls for mass disasters they said it was not great but also not terrible. In conclusion the sauce is great small amounts in foods or dressings enhances flavours neat it's also tasty but spicy.
