I definitely thought I noticed a difference in the whiteness of my teeth but now I think I was just delusional wanting it to work because I did comparison pictures and they don’t look any different in the picture so I don’t think this product is really that great for whitening and I didn’t notice one bit of difference in my oral health. I didn’t like the flavor at all (plain peppermint would’ve been fine). The texture is a bit slimy, but I got over that. I make my own toothpaste, so that’s why I feel like the texture is slimy. It might not be but I’m used to brushing with very abrasive natural toothpaste.
