I would recommend you by the slightly more expensive WLToys #144001 brushless motor version it can be upgraded to 3S and 11.X Volt LiPo battery for extremely high speeds (for a 1/12 scale) . It also has an Alloy Chassis and suspension, shock towered/bulkhead/skid plate making it very durable, w/ hobby grade replaceable parts and a decent aftermarket selection. by far the best RC in the price bracket. I own Trx3.3 Nitro , 4S ElectricTraxxas Maxx, an Arrma Felony Drift car. I bought the WLToys 144001 for my daughter and ended up preferring the WLToys often over my other RC’s , for Under $160 you get the “Truggy”, essential tools “kit”, 3 LiPo Batteries and the Rapid/Peak Detecting charger (45-60mins per battery/ per charge). Also the run time is around 20 mins Per Battery=1hr (60) mins.
