When I opened the box, I was VERY impressed with the Size of the Mushrooms. And I had a feeling they would be GREAT. I was Wrong: They were FANTASTIC!!!!! I opened the the sturdy plastic pouch & placed them in a bowl 🥣 & poured hot water over them. They are Succulent, Tender & very Flavorful. And they taste as good as fresh!!!! They're better than fresh because you'll want to use the soaking water. No. Sand. No. Grit. It's been a long time since I wrote a Review for anything, but I felt compelled to. It's a lot of money 💰 for dried mushrooms, but they're well worth it. The package will cover at least 12 bowls of Ramen & could go farther. But they're SO wonderful you'll probably dream about them!!!! Definitely gonna reorder them.
