**Q: Is this product 57% carbohydrate and hence over half would be converted into potential sugars? Is it a total con? Of course.**
A: I am a diabetic so eat this jam because I cant have other jams but i don't have it every day because I would probably put weight on because of the carbs, so I don't think it is a con because it doesn't contain all the sugar that other jams contain. hope this helps.
