If the item arrives defective then it would be returned immediately , not within two years. A two year guarantee should mean if it becomes defective within two years then your consumer rights would take over? **Q: Has it got steel interior?** A: Yes Its stainless steel **Q: Does this have double insulation?** A: I’m not certain but I suspect so. When full of boiling water it isn’t hot to touch, and the contents are still hot enough for tea & coffee five hours later. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pioneer Flasks Catering Coffee Tea Urn Pump Drinks Large Conference Flask Hot Water Dispenser, Stainless Steel, 2.2 litres, Grey, (SS22R) - LAKELAND Semi-Skimmed Milk Pots (Pack of 120) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/65218085-pioneer-2-2l-stainless-steel-push-pump-airpot-thermal-drink](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/65218085-pioneer-2-2l-stainless-steel-push-pump-airpot-thermal-drink) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
