First, they promised pickup within 48 hours. It has already crossed that timeline and nobody even came to pick up the product. Customer support keeps giving scripted replies with no actual solution. Now they are saying they will “inspect” the product and the entire process will take another 12 days. Why should a customer who received a defective product suffer for weeks? I paid full money for a brand-new product, not for a damaged item and endless frustration. What am I supposed to do till then? I use these earbuds daily for work, and because of your careless quality control and horrible service, my work is getting affected. This is one of the worst refund and replacement policies I have ever seen. Instead of taking responsibility for selling a defective product, the company is making customers beg for support.
