Saves me a trip to Walmart. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I only use this ink in my printer. *by L***V on May 14, 2026* Love my Megatank printer. I only use Canon ink in it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, easy, and inexpensive to add ink to your Canon Pixma Mega-tank model *by S***T on June 15, 2023* After a year or so of fairly heavy printing, I needed to refill the blank ink tank for my Canon Pixma G3202. I can't believe how much printing can get done for this price point (it would have cost a fortune on a traditional inkjet)! After filling the near empty reservoir, there was still more ink in the bottle. The design of the bottle makes filling the tank very easy and clean. I assume I'll get another year or so of heavy printing. BTW this printer model is excellent if you are printing on very thin paper - Convention or Memorial invitations, for example. ## Frequently Bought Together - CanonInk 1595C001 Canon GI-290 Black Ink Bottle, Compatible to PIXMAG4200, PIXMA G3200, PIXMA G1200,PIXMA G2200 and PIXMA G4210 - CanonInk 1598C001 Canon PIXMA GI-290 Yellow Ink Bottle, Compatible to PIXMA G4200, PIXMA G3200, PIXMA G2200, PIXMA G1200 and G4210 Printers - Canon GI-20 Cyan Ink Bottle, Compatible to PIXMA G6020 and G5020 MegaTank Printers --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/65055456-canon-gi-290-genuine-black-ink-tank-compatible-with-megatank](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/65055456-canon-gi-290-genuine-black-ink-tank-compatible-with-megatank) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
