Just to clarify you installed a new board and everything works except for the X Y Z axes won't move? You can manual set temp for hotend and heated bed, turn fan on and off, send and receive GCODE to machine? If you installed the software correctly I would make sure that the stepper drivers are installed in the correct orientation and that all cables are seated properly. As Peter stated when connecting to the board you must select the correct com port for the computer to communicate with the printer board. You can either try the available ports listed or go into device manager and find what port the board is connected to. Here is a video on flashing firmware and installing drivers for your computer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HahGaOTUmUw&t=4s **Q: Is this a suitable replacement for the I3 Mega?** A: Hello It fit to the I3 Mega,but after you finish the installation that please remember to update the firmware. **Q: Will this work in my anycubic chiron?** A: Yes **Q: Is the output voltage for fans / heaters 12 or 24 v?** A: the output voltage for fans / heaters is 12v for both mega i3 and mega-S ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replacing Anycubic Chiron motherboard due to extruder fan failure *by on Reviewed in the United States June 28, 2020* The Anycubic Service department instructed us to purchase this board as a replacement in the Anycubic Chiron when the fan stopped running that was cooling the heatsink (above the hot end) causing the filament to heat up before the hotend and clog the bowden tube. A component right beside the fan connector on the original board was burned out.We had to download the firmware for the Anycubic Chiron from the Anycubic site. Then install a driver (provided by Anycubic) on the computer that we were using to upload the firmware to the board. Then we had to installed Cura version 15.04.6 to use for uploading the firmware to the board. It is important to use this older version of Cura (downloaded from the Anycubic website), since newer versions don't allow you to manually set the serial port to communicate with the board and don't seem to be able to automatically recognize the board. We started a new print, and so far it seems to be working. The Anycubic Service department was a big help in getting us back up and running. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Drop in Replacement for AnyCubic Mega X *by on Reviewed in the United States July 28, 2020* I fried my motherboard, and the replacement from the manufacturer was sold out. I was SO glad to find this on amazon. Worked perfectly, and now my machine is up and going again. ### ⭐ Good warranty replacement but *by on Reviewed in the United States November 5, 2020* I got my I3 Mega in January of 2019. In early May of 2019 the original board that came with the machine blew a component. I was sent this one as a replacement under warranty.
