Unfortunately, the remote controller supplied with the product is defective, as its display is not working. I immediately reported the issue to your customer support team. I am extremely disappointed with the way this complaint has been handled. As a customer, I received a defective product, yet I am being asked to prove that it is defective by sending it to your technical service center. In addition, I have been asked to bear the courier charges for returning a product that arrived faulty. This is neither fair nor customer-friendly. When a customer receives a defective product, the responsibility for verification and replacement should rest with the seller or manufacturer, not the customer. Expecting customers to spend additional time and money to rectify a fault that is not of their making reflects very poor customer service.
