With these it may work. Good luck. **Q: Does the water come out the end or does it go through the side near the tip? Sounds like the water might push things deeper in.** A: It goes through the end. Not pushing stuff in. The water fills the rectum and the large intestine. You hold the water. (Enema, colonic) The warm water softens impacted waste. Then when you release the water out comes the impacted waste. **Q: What lubricants are safe to use with this?** A: Do NOT use Crisco as previously mentioned. Use either a commercial water based lubricant like KY or something natural and safe like coconut oil. **Q: I'm doing a colon cleanse, and I was wondering if I could use this to work the water all the way into my entire colon thoroughly?** A: honestly you use it standing where as with an enama you are on your knees so i don't know ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality fair priced *by on Reviewed in the United States 4 June 2026* Looks to be like silicone tubing with a shiny end and a fitting. A number of spray holes compared to just one. I would think it should give you a few options for connection, but I don’t know if you ever use this before and bought it for the house and then what if scenario ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice clean!!!! WOW *by on Reviewed in the United States 19 January 2024* I was skeptical at first but was glad i did this buy! only change would be an angle in the holes and add one on the tip top as when it's on it's kind of hard to not pressure wash the celling and walls HAHAHAH got a metal ball and plastic screw so it's random. Would say metal screw would be better less chance of breaking ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job well *by on Reviewed in the United States 24 February 2024* These enema tubes were as pictured. They will clean you out quickly. Careful that you don't jam the tube in because under pressure the steel ball at end could be a projectile. It does the job, but it's better to be patient and slowly work it in ## Frequently Bought Together - Silicone Nozzle Enema ASilicone Nozzle Enema Attachment Reusable Douche Black Hose Nozzle (39.37 in) - JIELUO Shower Enema Douche Nozzles , 4 Holes Water Spray Comfortable Silicone Nozzles Enema Attachment, Reusable Shower Enema Hose with on/off control valve and shower hose, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/648087582-funny-steel-silicone-nozzle-enema-asilicone-attachment-reusable-douche-black](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/648087582-funny-steel-silicone-nozzle-enema-asilicone-attachment-reusable-douche-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
