Review: Bought to replace a long standing Salter kitchen scale which gave up the finally stopped working after many years of good service. This seems to be a quality product. Easy to clean surface. Turns on quickly. Readings are responsive and consistant, but not able to test accuracy. Perfect for home bread making. I am really happy with the product. One thing people have said, they are very easy to turn off, I can see that it would be easy to inadvertently turn them off. (my Salter scales had a button on the side, and when trying to turn those of, I would ofter end up pushing the scales across the worktop).
