## Questions & Answers

**Q: How can I fix unclear voice or poor call quality on my C30i?**
A: First, check that the microphone openings on the earbuds are clean and unobstructed.Ensure you are wearing them correctly for optimal microphone performance. If issues continue, try using both earbuds together for better voice pickup and noise reduction

**Q: Can I use only one earbud for calls?**
A: Yes, but for the best call clarity, place the unused earbud fully into the charging case and close the lid. This ensures the microphone and connection focus on the earbud you are using, improving voice transmission.

**Q: What should I do if my C30i won’t turn on or charge?**
A: Clean the earbud and case charging contacts gently with a dry cloth or alcohol swab. Try a different cable and power adapter. If the pins in the case are recessed, carefully lift them with a non-metallic tool to restore contact.

**Q: How do I reset my C30i earbuds?**
A: Place both earbuds in the case, leave the lid open, press and hold the case button for 5 seconds until the red light flashes three times. This resets the earbuds. Ensure they are seated properly in the case during the reset.

**Q: How can I reconnect my C30i to a device?**
A: Forget the earbuds from your device’s Bluetooth settings, turn Bluetooth off and on, then pair again. If problems persist, test the earbuds with another device to determine if the issue is with the earbuds or the original device.
