For your inquiry, the answer is YES, and if you have long hair, please make sure that all of your hair is braided and pinned as FLAT as possible on your head before you use this type of stocking wig cap.
You can also use a few bobby pins to fasten the elastic band with your own hair for much better effect if necessary.
