Absolutely love it! I have arthritis and recently injured my wrist, so kneading is not possible at the moment. I decided to give the mixer a try and it is taking all the work out of me! It is sturdy and mixes very well without overheating. After the dough is done, you can simply switch to the fermentation function and the bowl will slightly warm up to a consistent temperature, helping the dough to rise. The mixer is a little noisy, as other reviewers said, but nothing crazy in my opinion. The one I received seemed to have an issue and the customer service has been outstanding. They answered quickly and kept helping me until the problem was resolved. Very happy with that too! Overall very satisfied customer!
