Flies, worms, etc. You only need to feed a little crumb to each plant about once every two weeks. **Q: My daughter has a science fair project with 2 other girls. Are these flytraps big enough to feed manually and observe results?** A: Yes just plant in container and follow instructions for set up. Feed them small crickets you can get at a pet store.
