I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was taken back to my childhood when my mom would clean and toast/bake the seeds from the pumpkins we carved at Halloween, which I loved! I put some out to eat and when they're gone, I have to pour some more out to eat. Great taste, low sodium. These will be a regular buy for me from now on. I eat the shell and all so they are very tasty and crunchy, if you prefer shelled or easy to shell pumpkin seeds look elsewhere. Original review: I bought the lightly salted sea salt seeds and the sodium is very low compared to a pack of pumpkin seeds I bought at a store last week. The store pumpkin seeds was 52% of the daily recommended sodium in a little over an ounce serving, and with these seeds it's only 5% per serving. And the taste is still very good, I eat shell and all.
