This is a great product overall. The quality feels good, and it is very easy to use. So I needed to fit all my belongings in one of those pod things for a move. This allowed me to fit two mattresses in the pods which never would have fit otherwise! The vacuum was good and took the mattresses down to just a couple of inches. During the move they did lose some vacuum and expanded but were still nicely protected. In my case this helped because everything was packed extra tight in the pod so nothing shifted but if you needed it to stay compressed, no promises.
