Review: Don't put too much pressure on it - As with all cast iron hinged mechanisms, it could break if too much pressure is applied, but mine did not. A simple trick that I use, is microwave each ball 8 to 10 seconds then press. They flow out easily. I uses a pie crust mix for empanadas and it works great.

Such a great value, I absolutely love these press. It was easy to put together, easy to clean. It is durable but heavy to lift. However my toddler loves helping press the tortilla out. Great buy!
