Both magnets are very strong and together form an excellent bond. Removing them is great because you do not damage your poster or other piece you wish to hold for display. These are amazing! The magnets are small but very strong. They will definitely hold posters or other things most pushpins would hold without damaging them with a hole. I wish I would have known these were a thing earlier. Work really well! I needed something that wouldn't put strain on the paper being hung up and these are perfect. The magnets that go on top of what is being hung are small, but strong. They do not take away from the visual. Super easy to use - I just pushed them right into the wall with my thumb. Nice that they come in a little plastic box in case you don't use them all at once.
