**Q: Will this tap be suitable for a low pressure**
A: My pressure has dropped tremendously since installing the taps so I wouldn’t risk it with this particular model as I had a good pressured the phone

**Q: What size adapter is needed for the flexi-tails? Is it 3/8" or 1/2"**
A: I've used 1/2" water velve to attached.

**Q: Does this use standard m12 thread?**
A: yes 12mm thread to connect to existing pipework

**Q: Is it free returns if tap is not suitable?**
A: You can only return directly to Amazon otherwise trying to get hold of the company was a nightmare they are in Spain I believe and Amazon didn’t even have contact details for them however on contact the company were very helpful and sent me a new tap after a few emails

Fitted easily to our sink, but have had trouble trying to find out what are the replacement ceramic cartridge for the quarter turn tap, hence only rated 4 stars
