Even if they didn't add the heavy duty plastic handles as the old company did at the very least they could provide simple plastic straps. They have refused to do ANYTHING to help their customers young and old alike to carry these heavy bottles, you see people constantly in the grocery stores struggling to carry these bottles. Many customers have called and left messages on their machine with no response. I've had several handles come off mid-carry, dropping my items and causing more hassle than convenience. To top it off, the adhesive leaves a sticky residue that's nearly impossible to remove.
