I am extremely impressed with the Prutomr Dough Proofing Cloth. The quality is top-notch, and it’s very sturdy—definitely built to last for years. The size (35"x26") is perfect for larger batches of dough, and it provides ample space for my baguettes and other loaves to proof properly. The fabric is thick and durable, making it feel professional-grade, and it does an excellent job of absorbing excess moisture from the dough, allowing it to rise without sticking.
