Clumps can be removed by pond filter, wet vacuum or skimming net. This conditioner is safe for fish and plants when used as directed. Dilute the proper dosage in a bucket of water. Pour diluted mixture into the pond evenly along the edges and in the middle. Stir the water with hose spray or stick to further distribute the solution throughout the pond. Provide aeration to the pond with fountain, waterfall or air pump when using this product. Remove clumps of contaminants from pond bottom with a fine mesh net or pond vacuum.

**Q: how often do you use the pond clarifier as it doesn't say**
A: Once every 48 hours if you are treating for a specific issue, and up to 3 treatments before giving the pond a break.  Once or twice a month for maintenance purposes, depending on your stocking rate, how often you maintain the pond, etc.

**Q: A friend accidentally got me this conditioner for my 3 gallon betta tank with some moneywort plants. Do you think I can still use it?**
A: eve you can.  Just use an eye dropper say 3 drops.  I have a 125 gal. Koi pond.  This is the best Clarifier on the market.  With my pond I only use 1/4 captful every 2-3 wks depending on the weather and (algae buildup fogging up the pond.  Just use the dropper and you'll be fine.  Do not over treat in your small tank.  less is better.

**Q: Why isn't this sold in a larger bulk size?**
A: hi there, i can't answer that question but we do have some other clarifiers like the Helix Clarifying Mineral Supplement that come in gallons.   Also it might be possible to buy case lots or other quantity arrangements.  Sincerely,Nate at Practical Garden Ponds 484-356-5351
