My hair is wavy, dry & frizzy so prefer not to wash it every day. From the first time of using this shampoo I noticed my roots don't get greasy. My head doesn't itch like mad either. You don't need a lot of the shampoo as it lathers up really well (you just need to add a bit more water to get it lathering up real good). I used my normal conditioner but avoid my scalp and just use it on the rest of my hair.
