I altered the instructions in the following ways. 1) Set the oven to 120°F; 2) M the yeast into 1 C warm water. 3) Let it sit in the warm water a minute; 4) Stir it once.; 5) Allow it to bloom to a foamy top (1/4 inch foam is enough); 6) Add this slowly to a well in the baking mix, which has been placed in a pan lined with baker's parchment paper; 7) Midway to gently mixing these in using a fork, add 2 T of olive oil.; 8) Knead into a loaf; 9) Slather lightly olive oil on all sides of the loaf; 10) Replace the loaf onto a new bakers paper sheet in the pan (discard old parchment); 11) Cover the loaf with another piece of parchment paper; 12) Allow to rise 20 minutes, 13) Remove cover parchment paper while keeping loaf in oven; 14) Turn oven up to 375°F; 15) Set timer for 20 minutes; 16) Check for doneness using a knife that must come out clean. What a fabulous loaf, warm from the oven!

Easy and very tasty! Simple and fun recipe to make with my 5 year old and almost 60% were eaten during snack time with her friend. I’d buy again and recommend brushing melted butter over the pieces right when they come out of the oven.
