She had swallowed needles (scary, I know!), and the vet put her on a bland diet of ground beef and rice. The problem? Daisy is picky. She would pick out the meat and leave the rice behind. Because we needed the rice to bulk her stool and pad the remaining needles in her system, getting her to eat the whole meal was important. How I used it: I cooked the powder directly into the rice and soaked bread in water mixed with the broth. It made her food smell great, and Daisy happily finished every meal. I added a small amount at first to prevent diarrhea, which would have been scary given the needles in her intestines, but we didn't have any issues.
