A: Yes, all Essie polishes do (unless US imports - then they have a thin brush).

**Q: is the shade mrs always right sheer or opaque? i want my nail covered completely**
A: It's not sheer or opaque, it covers nails solidly with just two coats.

**Q: Is this product vegan/not tested on animals?**
A: To my knowledge and from their website, none of their products are tested on animals.  From their website~~At the end of last year, the company revealed that all of its products have been reformulated to be vegan. The formula is also now “eight-free.” That means that none of its polishes contain any of the following: formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalate, resin, camphor, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, or triphenyl phosphate.

I loved the look of this, it seemed a perfect marriage of pink with a hint of purple. I've been wanting such a colour so I was looking forward to trying it. Looking at the bottle it didn't seem quite what I was expecting but colours look different on so I applied it. The formula and brush are great, the polish went on brilliantly and I applied two coats over a base coat. One coat is sheer but not a bad coverage, two coats gave a good solid colour. It is a beautiful colour and very striking on. However the effect is much warmer than the cooler colour I had hoped for. There seems to be a hint of gold glitter in the formula and though the colour is a pinky purple it isn't the colour that I'd hoped for. That said it is gorgeous and has stayed on well resisting chipping.
