Smoothest, crinkliest plastic backing I've ever seen and I've hunted down alot of vintage adult diapers. Super soft and very absorbent, these can hold quite a bit of liquid. With some highly recommended P&J Baby Fresh scent oil,(with some creative waist band graphics via the printer) I am literally wearing a replica of a 1990's era Huggies for Him Supertrim diaper, the overall color is even perfect, right down to the diaper perfume smell... Mommy wow, I wear Huggies now, haha!

A lot of other brands rip the landing zone when adjusting the tapes. This is a very comfortable diaper and I love the yellow. Its nice to have a diaper that is not plain white. Update: I've since ordered these in green and purple. They are just as good as the yellow. I highly recommend these diapers for managing day-time or night-time incontinence issues. I've not experienced any leaks, and my bedding is dry every morning.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whats the big deal?

CutiesPlusU = Trest = Northshore MegaMAX :: These are all the same diaper. Similar capacity, similar performance, similar feel and fasteners. Expensive but work. They tend to clump before reaching capacity and are a bit thinner than the Trest and Northshore. No 5 stars because Sunkiss Masterpiece feels better, is $1 cheaper per peice and is, in my opinion, a better performer. The only one that outranks Sunkiss is the Waddles from Tykables but they are for fun and are much thicker and wider in the crotch. If you are ABDL, emphasis on DL, then you will enjoy the cool colors. The Cuties tend to make quite a bit of noise as the plastic backing is a little stiffer than the others.
