It has saved me hours. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but not perfect *by P***D on 19 July 2025* Its pretty good. I have cognitive issues with working memory and the device itself is a game changer. It has literally improved my day to day life helping me record and summerise thoughts and conversations. I would give 5 stars but the plastic wrist strap that i bought at an additional £19.99 is poor quality and should in my opinion be included when you buy the device. I say device in my own case I found it so useful that I have the Note and Note pin hence the wrist strap. Both devices function extremely well in different environments. The yearly cost is prohibitive and I imagine Apple or Samsung devices like watches and phones will probably included this functionality as standard soon if not already. For me its a great product but plaud need to look at the quality of the accessories and fine tune the yearly fees. There should be options for business users, disabled users, student users with different discounts available.
