I've never had another tool that improved my tennis students' stroke than this. 10x faster improvement. The ball placement at the lowest level is a bit too high, I probably should have gotten the junior? I'm about 5'7" tall. But I can definitely still use it. The trainer itself is surprisingly useful. It will help you memorize your strokes with the right form. One good thing is if you hit the training ball incorrectly, you will feel it and hear a difference since your racquet frame will hit the arm holding the ball. It is very sturdy and constructed very well. One thing to consider is the cost since it is expensive.
