I had another one previously that also went up to 20 but you couldn’t really hear. The size of the tv is big but not too big or small. It comes with a remote, charger for the car, and outlet. The picture quality is great in my opinion, you are able to see it clear. Easy to use and watch movies. The tv is very light and great for traveling.
