I personally can't wear it more than one night in a row or it hurts my nose. But it does help me breathe, which helps me get better rest, I think. It pushes your upper nostrils out a bit and makes your nose sort of wide in a weird spot. Maybe it's not noticeable to others, but to me it is. Even so, and despite the orange color, it's not really that noticeable at all. In a dimly-lit room, no one would evven notice. Unless they're staring you right in the nostrils. In that case, question why they're so invested in your nose.
