The included spring is so ideal and works perfectly to assist in a smooth stop. We added a disc seat and have thoroughly enjoyed for many hours already. We have the 100ft cable. It is a great starter Zipline for us. I would probably buy a longer one if I purchase again. We have only had it set up for a few days so I cannot arrest to the durability but it does appear to be solid or good quality material. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great value for the price!

This worked well and the grand kids had a blast with it. You will need a come along or a winch to stretch the cable taut and that is not included in the kit.. I priced the individual parts, and it was MUCH cheaper to buy the kit. Made a seat from a circular piece of plywood. the 9' stopping spring was much longer than what was available in similar kits.
