My computer kept showing an “unidentified network” error. I switched back to the onboard Gigabit LAN connection, and it started giving me the same issue.After nearly three hours of frustration, I removed the card completely. Even after removing it, I still couldn’t get online through the onboard LAN connection.It appears this card changed or corrupted the network settings on my computer. At the very least, this product needs better instructions and easier driver access. How hard would it be to include a simple QR code that links directly to the correct driver?Amazon should do a better job removing products that consistently receive bad reviews and are known to cause problems.
