Rather than spend $20 to replace a couple of rollers in one tray, this gets all trays working very well. In may case only tray 2 was working at all and it jammed quite regularly. Now, tray 1, tray 2 (500 sheet) and tray 3 (2000 sheet) all work well. With any luck, this printer will be useful for years to come.
