I see the picture that you are referring to - it looks to be a mistake (because it does look like there are only 2 plates there). There is another picture and wording that says that you can strap 3 plates together. 3 plates would make the 1.35 in thickness. Another remote possibility is that they are alluding to the extra width that the straps would require -- but I don't think that is the case. **Q: Rucker 4.0 20l - would 3 of these fit in the pocket? since the 30lb goruck standard (shorter) plate is 1.38”, i would think so, but want to confirm.** A: Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding your concern, Our 10lb ruck plate dimension is 11.5 x 9 x 0.45 (in). A set of 3 will be 11.5 x 9 x 1.35 (in) The size of Rucker 4.0 20l pocket is 11.75 x 9 .5 (in) which can fit 30lb goruck standard. Therefore, 3 x 10lbs ruck plate can fit into Rucker 4.0 20l Regards **Q: Is the 20lb. one plate that is 20lb. or 2 plates of 10? The product description says one plate but the picture shows two.** A: Hi, if you order the 20lb plate (set) then you will get two 10lb plates that you can strap together to make 20lb. That's why these have 'adjustable' in the name. **Q: What are the Dimensions of the plates?** A: To clarify the manufacturer's response... each 10 lb plate is 0.45 in thick. Two 10 lb plates would be 0.9 in thick. Three plates would be 1.35 in thick. How do I know? I purchased 3 plates and measured them. The dimensions listed in the product image are confusing and wrong. ## Frequently Bought Together - Yes4All Adjustable Ruck Weight with Straps for Rucking, Swings, Squat & Strength Training - Multiple Weights: 10LB to 40LB - GORUCK Ruck Plate Carrier 3.0 - Streamlined Weighted Rucking Backpack w/Ergonomic Back Support & Extra Padded Straps - Compatible with GORUCK Ruck Plates - Yes4All Cast Iron Ruck Weight, Weighted Plate for Rucking, Swings, Squat, Strength Training - Multiple Weights: 10LB to 45LB --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/624219675-yes4all-adjustable-ruck-plate-with-straps-for-rucking-swings-squat](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/624219675-yes4all-adjustable-ruck-plate-with-straps-for-rucking-swings-squat) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
