## Description

Training and testing for beginners

Review: Great quality - Great quality and performance.
Review: Great Flow Rope - When I purchased this rope, I was just beginning my flow rope journey, having only practiced basic moves (matadors, dragon rolls, etc.) using a basic jump rope. Now, flow rope is part of my daily routine thanks to this rope, usually a basic flow workout for 10-20 mins just going through all the different moves I have learned by watching youtube videos. It has held up well for the several months I have had it. The only wear that I have noticed is in the "bend" of the rope (the middle of the rope) which is from hitting the ground as part of a flow routine. That kind of wear will happen to any rope that you use for flow, cheap or expensive. There are some influencers out there who are trying to sell flow ropes for absurd prices. Ignore those and do yourself a favor by buying an inexpensive rope like this.

- [Length Adjustable] The length of the flow rope is 10ft（3.1 metres）, and the total length of the rope is approximately 14ft（4.3 metres）.when the knotted ends at both ends are released. ### ⭐⭐ Poor packaging
*by T***Y on 5 May 2026*

Wasn't happy that it came open, the package was not sealed shut at all! I feel like Amazon decided not to even put it in a shipping box and just threw a label on the box. This was a gift for someone and as I know so far nothing is missing, since it's a rope but I don't know if any specific instructions are missing or not! Everything else seems to be in order and fine!
