I’ve yet to take a bunch of photos with it attached but I’m sure the image quality won’t be affected much. The camera is weather sealed but having this filter attached to the lens will complete the weather sealed. Personally.. I like to walk around with the lens cap off when I’m shooting photos on the street so this will help protect my lens from dust , finger grease and rain / drizzle. This camera is not cheap, so some peace of mind is totally worth the asking price of this filter and adapter combo. It feels premium, it is lightweight and looks good. The Fuji lens cap still fits over the barrel. If you’re looking at this, go ahead and grab it.
