### ⭐ Broke within a 5 months

The screw that inter connects everything is made of plastic, it snapped and cant be connected anymore, I contacted the brand to see a replacement as per the warranty, mind you this costed me 150$ a strip breaking equals a third of the strip light (its made of 3 long peaces) They answer me with this:: ((( Unfortunately, the screws and other individual components are not available as separate spare parts, and we do not have alternative replacement hardware that we can provide. Our devices are assembled and packaged as complete sets before entering warehouse storage, which means accessories are not stocked or sold separately. To help you move forward, we would like to offer a $20 partial refund so you can purchase suitable replacement screws from an online retailer or local hardware store that better match your specific installation needs. We hope this provides a practical path to resolving the issue.))) 20$? Seriously I paid 150$ for this, a single line replacement costs 85$ on amazon, and they offered me 20$ to fix a peace that they themselves said is unifiable, take 20$ and go figure it out Why don’t they take the light and refund me ill go buy it with a brand that takes themselves seriously and actually cares about delivering a working product to the customer? Terrible, I never ever heard of such a joke of a support
