I got it yesterday and installed it in my Surefire 6P and tested it last night. This thing is BRIGHT! I have a 700 lumen weapon mounted light and this bulb excedes it's capabilies. Don't know about longevity or battery life. I'm sure the batteries will drain faster but to go from 120 to 1k lumens I'll take the trade off and carry spare batteries. I highly recomend this upgrade. Not to mention that there wasn't one piece of paper included to explain what the plastic sleeve is for and which batteries work with that.
