I do use a hand blender to incorporate the powder with water, due to some umps. It also gives the drink a great frothy foam. The aroma is of coffee mixed with coconut. This coffee does not make me jittery and the acidity is low.

Coconut Coffee contains about 65mg of caffeine per serving, while a regular cup of coffee contains 95mg to 400mg of caffeine.

**Q: Why does the sugar-free version have more calories than the version with the added sugar?  What else is different?  It even has less protein.**
A: Hello, 

We use real coconut in all of our products which means naturally, there will be coconut oil as well. So that's why you can see, the Unsweetened Coconut Coffee contains 11 grams of total fat coming from the coconut oil, and that's where the calories come from. The Unsweetened Coconut Coffee doesn't have milk added so that's why the protein content is lower than the sweetened version. It states "Contains milk" because we include sodium caseinate (a stabilizer), which is made by milk protein.
