You all gave me more to smile about! Review: Best I have found - So much better than other products. Minimal tingling which resolved when I let the product air out after spreading on my denture. Taste is acceptable. If you don’t let it air for a few minutes there is a very minor “pool float” scent. The only thing that holds my temporary lower dentures. They can now handle light chewing and they stay with normal talking and sipping. Heavy chewing meals will still dislodge the lowers. Small amount on uppers stay great for me. This will build up on your dentures though, which can only be removed with the secure denture tabs. I used the adhesive x 2 weeks and had a buildup despite scrubbing, soaking and scraping. One use of denture tab removed it all. No impact with adhesive or cleaner on my 4 month old soft liner. I put it on in strips spaced apart and let it set for almost a minute. I then put my dentures on. If your dentures fit well then the adhesive will last the better part of the day. Do not put SECURE on your dentures like you would other adhesives, use less or you'll have your dentures on all day and I fo mean all day. I learned how much is good for me. You'll figure what the right amount is good for you. Waterproof? Much better than all other brands I used before. **Q: so what if I need more than 12 hours? I usually have breakfast at 5 am and dinner usually doesn't happen til 6 or so** A: You'll probably have to reapply. My experience has been that none of the products I have used last more than 3 or 4 hours anyway; and I've tried at least four different products. I need to use more for a bit longer, but it holds better after eating and drinking. I have problems with the shape of my gums so the bottom denture doesn’t stay put. Secure holds it well and I like the feel of it! I do recommend!
