They have a taste of the sodas. But DO NOT taste like an actual soda. It's a good taste. But it isn't going to be the taste and texture as an actual soda. It's sparkling water with flavor infused in it.

Don’t be scared to try Death Water! It’s a wonderful product. I enjoy the sparkling water multi-flavor pack. Each 19 oz can has only 20 calories, making this a refreshing thirst quencher for anyone, even if you are careful about calories. It’s lightly sweetened with agave, not fructose corn syrup, which was important to me. Last, the flavors are very good and not fake tasting. I use sparkling Death Water for cocktails too, replacing club soda. I re-order this 12-pack at least once per month.
