This works great. I first bought one of the hand held flux core welders with the little feeder wire ends but it failed as the wire regularly gets caught and wont feed.. this makes it hard to control the speed of the weld the way you can with this stick style welder. If you'd of asked me would a 110 volt welder be any good I'd of laughed at you! Rods that came with it are fine. Should be noted that this has been a single use so far.
