I read the reviews. I wondered how long it would take to see a difference. The first dose made a huge difference. That was very unexpected. I still have to wear a pad. I was going through 3-4 a day. Now 1 a day. That's a huge improvement! Update: Got my first bottle on December 27th and my second bottle January 23rd. My results with the 2nd bottle were very different. My incontinence pad usage increased. Wasn't as bad as before I stated using this product, but disappointing results. This can always happen when dealing with natural medicines. I started using 3 capsules 2-3 times a day. This improved the results but I obviously went through the bottle much faster. If I had gotten the second bottle to begin with I'm not sure I would have put it on subscribe and save. I'm going to give it another try. I've ordered the larger size, 240 capsules. We'll see how it goes. 2nd update: I'm going to try some other remedies. I have 3 ordered. I had this on auto-ship and I've been informed the shipping is delayed because of unexpected price increase. What that has to do with me getting my shipment, I don't know.
