Review: excellent work-out aid - as advertised! - for a big guy who has turned 60 and doing a pull up at my age is a definite struggle, this has been excellent. The range of motion and muscle groups involved in these exercises became accessible with these assistance bands. They are high quality and do exactly what is advertised. Based on where i am in my training, i can add or take off bands and do 10-20 pull ups and feel good about the work, rather than just leaving this exercise out of my circuit training.

I got this for a pullup/dip bar I bought for my room, works exactly as intended with a very clever design for adjusting the height. It took about 5 minutes of playing around to get it to work, easy enough. My only issue is that it tends to hit me in the stomach and has caused some bruising, though I'm not sure if that's just user error. But for the price, it feels like a very high quality item I would see at a gym. The bands say they're 75lb of weight each, but I have some doubts about their accuracy. But overall a very valuable workout tool for learning to do pullups.
