Review: High quality and effective - I've used Bronson supplements in the past and I consider them a trusted brand, so when I was looking for magnesium glycinate I decided on this product. I am taking it to improve sleep and to help muscle recovery/soreness as I lift weights. This definitely helps with both of those for me. When I first took it I will say it did cause some stomach upset but I knew that could happen ahead of time. After that one time I didn't have any further issues. I also was very happy with the price. I will keep ordering this, and recommend it if you are looking for the same. Quick update as some weeks have passed, but I have to say WOW this helps with my sleep way more than I anticipated. Taking 2 at night and I am out like a light. I am not a great sleeper to begin with and couple that with perimenopause which makes it so much worse, but this magnesium gives me the deepest sleep I've ever had. I will say that with that, come some crazy dreams which I read could be due to the longer stage of REM sleep you get into. I do wake up slightly groggy but also I seem to be having some of this deeper sleep in the early morning hours. I'll have to wear my smart watch at night to track that, but overall I am so very happy with the results!
