Review: Excellent fan and light, hard installation - This fan and light work great!! The fan is super quiet and the functions of switching the fan speed and different lights work well. It is night and day from our other fan, this works so well that the mirror doesn’t even get steamed up anymore in our very small bathroom. My only note is that the installation was a little hard. My husband is very handy, but even he struggled a little. You will probably need to buy a new exhaust hose - this needs a bigger one than is common for most residential fans. It also didn’t quite fit how the other one did, so he had to improvise a bit.
Review: Above and beyond - Installation is a bit wonky. I had to finagle and make it work because this unit was twice the size of my original unit, but, I will say this thing is amazing. The 160 CFM makes air circulate in the bathroom. Yes it's that strong. No foggy mirror or condensation on the walls or counter tops after steamy showers. If you have a mold problem, this is your first step to stopping it in it's tracks. Even the noise level was low compared to my old unit that was half the size. Works as described. Looks good too.

This fan and light work great!! The fan is super quiet and the functions of switching the fan speed and different lights work well. It is night and day from our other fan, this works so well that the mirror doesn’t even get steamed up anymore in our very small bathroom. My only note is that the installation was a little hard. My husband is very handy, but even he struggled a little. You will probably need to buy a new exhaust hose - this needs a bigger one than is common for most residential fans.
