Has different pattern which is cool. Only negative is you must turn the light on first for the remote to work. You can change patterns and turn it off and on with the remote but if it's off too long then you need to turn it on at the bases again. Strong light that helped me miss another utility company truck coming around a tight corner on a windy road.
